Tutorial 2

Hi ! Our next assignment is tutorial 2 . In this tutorial , adding on the tutorial 1 , we are to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) , to simplify the tasks we are to do . After that we have to create an Activity On Node (AON) to Find out the total duration . Lastly a projext schedule to find out the duration of our poprject and a gantt chart to have a more visual view of the project schedule .

Tutorial 1

Hi ! In the following activities , we are to be in groups of 4 and start orgainzing and planning an event . My group members are Cecilia Ng , Yap Qing Wei and Fanny Soon . We are to complete tutorial 1 which need us to :

- Organize an event
- Draw The Venue setup using AUTOCAD freestyle
- Draft a Cost Break Down Structure
- Present with a report

We decided to organize a Christmas Party cum Charity event to be held at Toa Payoh Country Club . Programs will include performances , buffet dinner and sale of hand made goods by which the profits will go to charity . We will invite old folks from Toa payoh old folks home to be our guest and funds will be donated to them .
